Legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TitserPlan. They are written to be read — no buried clauses — but they are a binding agreement once you create an account.
1. Acceptance of terms
Agreeing to these terms
By creating a TitserPlan account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are subscribing on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
TitserPlan is offered to individual teachers and, where arranged with us, to school administrators. A subscription belongs to the named teacher; workspaces are personal and are not shared between teachers.
2. Accounts
Your account
- Provide accurate information: your real name, a working email address, and a cellphone number we can reach you on.
- Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Accounts created for you by our team (offline onboarding) start with a temporary password; change it on first sign-in. If you signed up with the wrong email address and have not confirmed it yet, you can correct it yourself or ask us to fix it before the record is cleaned up.
- Notify us promptly at support@titserplan.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Plans, trials, and quotas
Free, Basic, and Premium
Free plan
The Free plan is permanent and never expires. It includes core lesson planning and teaching tools with monthly usage allowances.
Basic and Premium trials
New Basic and Premium subscriptions start with a five-day trial that includes all plan features. The trial is capped at five lesson plans for the whole trial period, and no payment is collected until the trial ends.
Allowances
Each plan carries monthly usage allowances (for example, AI generation credits and storage). Allowances reset on schedule, and unused monthly allowances do not carry over. Purchased credit lots, once approved, follow the rules in "Credit top-ups" below.
Changing plans
Requesting a different plan does not change your current access. Your active plan and features stay intact while a plan change awaits payment verification, and the change takes effect only after approval. A rejected request simply clears.
4. Payments and renewals
Offline payment verification
Subscriptions and credit purchases are paid by GCash, bank transfer, or cash, verified by our finance team. When you submit a payment, provide the exact amount, payment date, and reference numbers, and attach proof of payment where the method requires it. The submitted amount must meet or exceed the required amount for your chosen plan and billing period — underpayments are rejected.
- Verification is completed within one business day of a complete submission.
- Once verified, your subscription is activated or renewed and an invoice is issued, visible in your payment history.
- Annual billing covers twelve months for the price of eleven. Renewal is manual — we do not store payment credentials or auto-charge anything.
- Payments that cannot be verified (wrong reference number, unclear proof, wrong amount) are returned to you with the reviewer's notes so you can resubmit.
If you believe a verified payment was recorded in error, contact us within seven days with your reference details and we will review it.
5. Credit top-ups
Purchased AI credit lots
Credit top-ups add AI generation capacity on top of your plan's monthly allowance. The rules:
- A purchased lot is valid for twelve months from the date its payment is approved.
- Monthly plan allowances are spent first; purchased credits are consumed only after the allowance runs out, oldest lot first.
- Unused credit in an expired lot does not carry over, convert to a refund, or transfer to another account. Expiry is shown in the app with a thirty-day warning.
- Credits are tied to your account and cannot be gifted, resold, or split between teachers.
6. Lapse, grace, and downgrade
What happens when a subscription expires
If a paid subscription is not renewed by its end date, your account enters a grace period (seven days by default; the exact length is shown in your account). During grace, reminders are sent and you can still renew to continue uninterrupted.
After the grace period ends without renewal, the account is downgraded to the permanent Free plan. Downgrading never deletes your lesson plans, materials, student records, or purchase history — everything is preserved and waiting if you subscribe again.
7. Acceptable use
Using TitserPlan responsibly
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or allow another person to use your subscription.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the platform.
- Use the platform to create content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful to learners.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape the platform, or interfere with its security measures.
- Enter learner data you are not authorized to process under your school's or DepEd's rules.
8. AI-generated content
Drafts, not final authority
Lesson plans, quizzes, worksheets, slides, and activities generated by TitserPlan are AI-assisted drafts intended to save you preparation time. They may contain errors or gaps. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and adapting every material before using it with learners, and for ensuring alignment with your school's and DepEd's official requirements.
AI recommendations and analytics (including early-warning flags) are decision support, not determinations about any learner.
9. Ownership
Your content and ours
The teaching content you create in TitserPlan — your plans, quizzes, worksheets, slide decks, notes, and student records — belongs to you. We store and process it only to operate the service for you.
The TitserPlan platform itself, including its interface, prompts, models integrations, branding, and website content, is owned by TitserPlan and protected by law. You may not copy or reverse-engineer it.
10. Availability and changes
Service availability
We work to keep TitserPlan available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Some features may be released as previews and changed or withdrawn; features not yet offered (such as QR-based exams) may appear in planning materials before they are live. We may update plans, pricing, and allowances; changes to paid subscriptions apply from your next billing cycle.
11. Suspension and termination
Ending your use
You may stop using TitserPlan at any time; an account that stays on the Free plan simply remains dormant rather than being deleted. We may suspend or terminate an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, after notice where practical.
When an account ends, we preserve its data for a reasonable window so you can request an export, then handle it per our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Limits of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitserPlan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from AI-generated content used without review, or from data you were not authorized to process. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
13. Governing law
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will first be raised with us directly through the contact form or at support@titserplan.com so we can resolve them quickly.
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect.
