Privacy Policy
TitserPlan is built for Filipino educators, and this policy explains — in plain language — what we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have over your data.
1. Who we are
The controller of your data
TitserPlan ("TitserPlan", "we", "us") is an AI teaching intelligence platform for Filipino educators. We provide lesson planning, quizzes, worksheets, slide decks, classroom activities, student score tracking, and teaching analytics to individual teachers and schools in the Philippines.
When you create a TitserPlan account, you are the owner of your workspace and we act as the processor of the content you create and the records you upload. For account, subscription, and payment information, we are the controller.

2. Information we collect
What we collect and why
Account and profile information
When you sign up we ask for your full name, email address, and cellphone number. During onboarding we also ask for your organization (school) name, a DepEd school ID where you have one, and your role. We use this to create your workspace, personalize generated materials, and contact you about your account.
Teaching content you create
Everything you build in TitserPlan — ILAW lesson plans, budgets of work, quizzes, worksheets, slide decks, activities, and the notes and edits you make to regenerated drafts — is stored so you can retrieve, export, and continue working on it.
Student performance records
On paid plans you may record class lists and student scores for quizzes and assessments. This data powers your analytics, early-warning flags, and adaptive lesson recommendations. See "Student data" below for the limits we place on ourselves.
Usage and technical data
We keep logs of sign-ins, security-relevant events, and AI generation activity (such as token consumption). These logs are used for billing accuracy, abuse prevention, support diagnostics, and platform security.
3. Student data
Our commitments on learner information
Student names and scores are entrusted to you by your school and learners' families, and we treat that trust as our highest obligation.
- We never sell student data, and we never use it for advertising.
- Student records are visible only inside your workspace. Other teachers, even within the same school, cannot see your classes or your students' scores.
- We do not use student names or scores to train AI models. Analytics on your dashboard are computed from your records, for your records, only.
- You remain the data controller for learner information you upload. If your school has its own data privacy rules, follow them when deciding what learner information to enter into TitserPlan.
4. AI processing
How AI features use your inputs
Generating a lesson plan, quiz, worksheet, or slide deck sends the relevant inputs — your subject, grade level, competencies, topic, and any instructions you provide — to reputable AI service providers through our AI gateway. We send only what is needed to produce the material you asked for, and we do not deliberately include student names or scores in generation requests.
Outputs are saved to your workspace together with the notes you have written, so regeneration can preserve your work. You can delete generated materials from your workspace at any time.
AI-assisted content is a draft for your professional judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing materials before using them with learners.
5. Payments and billing
Payment information
Subscriptions and credit top-ups are paid through offline verification: GCash, bank transfer, or cash, with proof of payment submitted through the platform. When you submit a payment, we store the amount, payment method, payment date, and the reference numbers or proof receipts you provide so our finance team can verify the transaction.
Proof-of-payment files are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access limited to authorized TitserPlan finance and admin staff. We keep invoices and payment records for accounting and audit purposes, as required by law.
We do not collect or store card numbers, online wallet credentials, or passwords for GCash, banks, or e-wallets.
6. How we protect your data
Security measures
- Data is stored with a managed cloud database and file storage, encrypted in transit.
- Every table is protected by row-level security, so a query can only return rows that belong to the signed-in user — enforced at the database, not just in the app.
- Administrative roles are held in a separate, restricted table and checked server-side; no role or privilege is ever decided in the browser.
- Access to teacher workspaces by TitserPlan staff is limited to support, billing verification, and security investigations, and is logged.
7. Retention and account lifecycle
How long we keep your data
Your workspace and its contents are preserved for as long as your account exists — including when a paid subscription lapses and your account is downgraded to the Free plan, and during any grace period. Downgrading never deletes your lesson plans, materials, or student records.
If you sign up and never confirm your email address, the incomplete signup record is automatically deleted after seven days. If you request account deletion, we remove your workspace data and retain only the records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices and payment audit entries).
Credit top-up lots expire twelve months after purchase, in line with the Terms of Service; expiry removes unused credit, not your teaching content.
8. Your rights
Your rights under the Data Privacy Act
As a data subject under Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct inaccuracies, to object to processing, to have your data erased where lawful, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

9. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will announce them inside the app and on this page before they take effect. Continued use of TitserPlan after a change means you accept the updated policy.
